Well-marked biking trails enable you to explore some of the most beautiful natural and landscape sites around. There are a few marked biking routes leading through Augustow Primeval Forest and around lakes.

One of the town’s attractions are the passenger cruises. The Augustow Shipping Company is one of Poland’s few shipping companies providing cruises for passengers. The capital of Lithuania is situated on the banks of the rivers Neris and Vilnia. The magic atmosphere, the magnificent splendid architectural blend of Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Classicism  styles makes Vilnius a wonderful city to explore. The Old Town of Vilnius is not only one of the most beautiful, but one of the biggest in Europe.

Water ski lift on the Necko Lake in Augustow is a professional one. It was built with local authorities efforts in 1999 and is an amazing attraction for the tourists. It is also the place of  Polish Amateur Championship in water ski on the ski lift. (more...)

Horse-drawn carriage rides through the Augustow Primeval Forest are one of the most picturesque and romantic ways to see this large virgin forest complex, the biggest wooded area in Poland. Winter is sleigh ride season.
